The soul of Provence

Restaurant

Our restaurant, La Roue, is the beating heart of the Isle of Leos. Bathed in soft light at all hours, it is an ode to contemplation and slowness. The Sorgue River makes a spectacle of itself here, flowing elegantly with the ballet of dishes that follow one another at your table.

The open kitchen, from which the delicate aromas promised to your palate escape, is the centrepiece of the restaurant. With aromatic herbs from our organic vegetable garden, finely selected local produce and products from the estate, it is in this kitchen that the talents of our chefs, like artists, fashion the treasures of the region with creativity and skill.

Embracing the Sorgue, our sculptural wheel was made to measure by a craftsman. A tribute to the site's emblematic paddlewheel, a former sawmill, it becomes the focal point, embodying both the history of the site and its contemporary reinvention. Illuminated by a subtle play of lights, it can also turn slowly, creating a soothing movement conducive to contemplation.

Timeless elegance

It's through the magnificent glass roof that the sun's rays shine, revealing the brilliance of the Nego Chin, our bar. A place for living, meeting, sharing and laughing, it's where everyone ends up. The light delicately caresses the works of art, brushing against the curiosities here and there, revealing the charm of the place.

To the rhythm of the piano notes, the evenings take a more confidential turn, but are always marked by the inspiration of the place. As night falls, the energy of Nego Chin seems to radiate throughout the house, the Provençal aromas of our signature cocktails perfuming the air.

The 600M signature cocktail is a blend of tradition and innovation featuring fine lavender honey, harvested at an altitude of 600 metres in the unspoilt mountains of Provence. The sweetness of fine lavender honey blends perfectly with an artisanal bitter, creating a subtle balance between bitterness and floral sweetness.

Nowhere has the art of living in Provence been truer than within the walls of the Welness & Spa. Our 440 m² spa bears the heritage of the land on which it was built, so deeply is it rooted in it.

The products we use all come from the estate's olive trees. From root to fruit, our signature treatments and rituals draw on the benefits of this thousand-year-old tree of life, emblematic of the region.

Designed for the Welness & Spa, the signature massages invite you to indulge your senses. Inspired by the natural flow of the tree's sap, our oleatherapy treatments revitalise your energies while promoting a profound sense of letting go. Each gesture, each fragrance and each sound, combining the soothing sounds of the Domaine with an original musical composition, transports you to the heart of nature.

L'Isle de Leos has two rooms, measuring 54 and 58 m², which can accommodate up to 60 guests and are fully equipped with the latest technology. These quiet spaces are ideal for reflection and exchange, giving way to fresh, new ideas. For equally inspiring breaks, the terrace of the Salon Pétrarque opens onto the gentle Provencal art of living.
